This lot split of an existing Victorian home in mid-town Sacramento will enable new construction for (2) 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bath, 1-car garage single-family residences of approximately 1580 SF each.  Located at the rear of the existing property these residences are to be constructed along Tomato Alley and will serve to invigorate and activate the alley. Only the garages and main entry to each house connect directly to the alley.
